bdtk Terms & Conditions — Your Agreement with Our Platform

1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "bdtk", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the bdtk online betting and casino platform accessible at bdtk.im and all associated subdomains, mobile-optimised sites, and applications.
• "You" or "the Player" refers to any individual who accesses, browses, registers on, or uses the bdtk platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means a registered player account created on the bdtk platform following successful completion of the registration and KYC verification process.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in your bdtk account at any given time, excluding any bonus funds that remain subject to wagering requirements.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet awards, free spins value, or other incentive-based amounts credited to your account by bdtk, which are subject to separate bonus terms and wagering requirements.
• "Platform" means the entirety of the bdtk betting and casino product, including the sportsbook, live casino, slots lobby, crash games, virtual games, and all associated features accessible through a registered account.
• "Bet" or "Wager" means any real-money stake placed on a sportsbook event, casino game, live dealer table, or any other gaming product offered on the platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and address verification process that all players must complete before withdrawing funds.
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka, the sole currency in which all transactions on the bdtk platform are denominated.
• "Business Day" means any day that is not a recognised public holiday in Bangladesh (UTC+6), from 09:00 to 21:00 Bangladesh Standard Time.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

The bdtk platform is strictly available to adults aged 21 years and above. By registering an account, you confirm that you are at least 21 years of age. bdtk employs mandatory age verification checks at registration and reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any stage. Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 21 will be closed immediately and all funds returned, subject to verification of the source of those funds.

2.2 One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one active bdtk account. The operation of multiple accounts by a single person — whether under different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, bdtk reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void any associated bets and bonuses, and withhold funds pending a full investigation.

2.3 Registration Accuracy

You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure without return of funds where fraudulent intent is established.

2.4 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. bdtk will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access was facilitated by your failure to maintain credential security. You must notify bdtk immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.

2.5 Prohibited Jurisdictions

Residents of jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law are not permitted to register or use the bdtk platform. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online betting is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering. bdtk makes no representations regarding the legality of its services in any specific jurisdiction outside of Bangladesh.

3. Account Verification (KYC)

3.1 Verification Requirement

All players must complete the bdtk KYC verification process before making a withdrawal. KYC verification requires submission of the following documents: a valid government-issued photo ID (National ID Card, passport, or driving licence), a recent proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days), and, where applicable, proof of the payment method used for deposit.

3.2 Verification Timeframe

bdtk aims to complete standard KYC verification within 24 to 48 hours of receiving all required documentation. Where additional information or clarification is required, bdtk will contact the player by email within this period. Withdrawals will be processed once verification is successfully completed.

3.3 Right to Request Additional Documentation

bdtk reserves the right to request additional identity documents at any time, including during ongoing account activity, as part of ongoing AML (Anti-Money Laundering) compliance obligations. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

3.4 Account Suspension During Verification

During any active verification review, bdtk may restrict betting, deposit, and withdrawal functionality on the relevant account. This restriction will be lifted promptly upon satisfactory completion of verification.

4. Deposits & Payment Methods

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

bdtk currently accepts deposits via the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile banking, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard (where available). The full list of active payment methods is displayed in the cashier section of your account and may be updated from time to time.

4.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum single deposit amount is ৳500. There is no maximum deposit limit, though large deposits may trigger additional KYC checks under our AML procedures. All deposit amounts are credited to your account balance in BDT.

4.3 Deposit Processing Time

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your bdtk account balance in real time, typically within 10 to 60 seconds of successful payment confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one business day. bdtk is not responsible for delays caused by your payment provider.

4.4 Deposit Fees

bdtk does not charge any fees on deposits. However, your mobile wallet provider or bank may apply their own transaction charges. Please check with your payment provider for details of any applicable fees on their side.

4.5 Currency

All deposits must be made in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). bdtk does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion that occurs on the payment provider's side is the sole responsibility of the player.

5. Withdrawals

5.1 Minimum Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals below this amount are not permitted. There is no maximum single withdrawal limit for fully verified accounts, though withdrawals above ৳100,000 may be processed in tranches across multiple business days.

5.2 Withdrawal Processing Time

Withdrawal requests from fully verified accounts are processed within the same business day for requests submitted before 18:00 Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6). Requests submitted after 18:00 BST are processed on the following business day. Processing times may extend during peak periods, public holidays, or where additional security checks are triggered.

5.3 Withdrawal Method

Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for deposit wherever technically possible, as required by our AML obligations. If the original deposit method is unavailable, bdtk will process the withdrawal via an alternative method subject to the player providing appropriate documentation.

5.4 Withdrawal Fees

bdtk does not charge processing fees on withdrawals to bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay. Bank transfer withdrawals may be subject to a small processing fee, which will be communicated at the time of the withdrawal request.

5.5 Withdrawal Refusal

bdtk reserves the right to refuse or delay a withdrawal request in the following circumstances: KYC verification is incomplete; the withdrawal would violate applicable bonus wagering requirements; there is an ongoing fraud or AML investigation linked to the account; or the account has been flagged for any other compliance-related review.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotional offers made available by bdtk are subject to individual bonus terms communicated at the time the offer is presented. In the event of any conflict between a specific bonus offer's terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific bonus terms take precedence for matters relating to that offer.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements, which specify how many times the bonus amount (or the bonus plus deposit amount, as stated in the specific offer) must be wagered before a withdrawal of associated winnings can be processed. Wagering requirements vary by promotion and are stated clearly in the offer description. Bets placed on certain games — including low-margin table games and certain slots with very high RTPs — may contribute at a reduced rate toward wagering requirements. Eligible games and contribution rates are listed in the specific promotion terms.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to exploit, abuse, or manipulate bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated wagering strategies designed to guarantee a risk-free bonus conversion, or any other form of systematic bonus exploitation — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. bdtk reserves the right to void the bonus and any associated winnings, and to close the account permanently in such cases.

6.4 Bonus Expiry

Unclaimed bonus offers expire within the timeframe stated in the specific promotion. Where no expiry is stated, unclaimed bonuses expire 30 days from the date the offer was made. Bonus funds credited to an account but not wagered within the stated period will be removed automatically. Extensions are not granted except in extraordinary documented circumstances.

6.5 Right to Withdraw Offers

bdtk reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or discontinue any bonus offer at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already credited and actively being wagered by a player at the time of the change.

7. Betting Rules & Casino Games

7.1 Sportsbook Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on the bdtk sportsbook are subject to the specific sport and market rules applicable at the time of placing the bet. In the event of a dispute regarding bet settlement, bdtk's trading team will review the relevant data from its official data providers. The decision of the bdtk trading team is final in matters of bet settlement.

7.2 Void Bets

A bet may be voided in the following circumstances: the event is cancelled or abandoned; the market is suspended due to a technical error or data feed failure at the time of bet placement; the bet was placed at an obviously erroneous price (palpable error); or the event's result is determined under circumstances explicitly excluded in the relevant sport rules. Voided bets are returned to the player's account balance at the original stake amount.

7.3 Casino & Live Games

All casino games, live dealer games, and crash games available on the bdtk platform are supplied by licensed third-party software providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, Ezugi, NetEnt, and Microgaming. The rules governing each game are set by the respective software provider and are accessible within the game interface. bdtk does not modify the game logic, RTP, or rules of any certified game. In the event of a technical fault during a game round, the game provider's dispute resolution process applies.

7.4 Game Availability

The availability of specific games, sports markets, or betting events may vary due to maintenance, provider downtime, regional restrictions, or scheduled seasonal changes. bdtk does not guarantee uninterrupted access to any specific game or market and will not be liable for losses arising from temporary unavailability.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bdtk platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, voiding of bets and bonuses, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate:

• Using the platform while under the age of 21.
• Opening or operating multiple accounts (duplicate account fraud).
• Providing false, misleading, or fabricated identity documentation.
• Using the platform to launder money or conduct any transaction that constitutes or facilitates a criminal offence.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live dealer games, or any other multiplayer format.
• Using automated betting systems, bots, scripts, or software designed to place bets or interact with the platform without human input, except where explicitly permitted.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or platform vulnerabilities — these must be reported to [email protected] immediately upon discovery.
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any corruption of a sporting event on which bets are placed on the bdtk sportsbook.
• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise access the source code of the bdtk platform or any game.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing bdtk staff or other players.

9. Account Suspension & Closure

9.1 Suspension by bdtk

bdtk reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time, with or without notice, in the following circumstances: breach of these Terms & Conditions; failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe; suspected fraudulent activity, AML concerns, or match-fixing involvement; or account inactivity in accordance with clause 9.3.

9.2 Player-Initiated Closure

You may close your bdtk account at any time by contacting [email protected] with a written request. Upon receipt of a closure request, bdtk will process any pending withdrawals of verified real-money funds and close the account within five business days. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.

9.3 Inactive Account Policy

An account is considered inactive if no login, deposit, withdrawal, or bet activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. bdtk will notify the registered email address of the account before applying any inactivity administration fee. An inactivity fee of ৳200 per month may be deducted from a dormant account balance to cover account maintenance costs, subject to any applicable local regulatory requirements. The account will be closed once the balance reaches zero. Reactivation is possible at any time prior to closure by logging in and contacting support.

10. Responsible Gaming

bdtk is committed to providing a safe, enjoyable, and sustainable betting environment for all eligible players. We recognise that a minority of players may experience difficulties with gambling, and we take this responsibility seriously. The following tools are available to all registered players from their account settings at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control your gambling spend. Increases to limits take effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period; decreases take effect immediately.
• Session Reminders: Set timed alerts to notify you when you have been logged in for a specified duration.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a temporary break from betting by selecting a cooling-off period of 24 hours, 72 hours, one week, or one month. Betting and deposits are suspended for the duration.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a minimum six-month self-exclusion from the platform at any time. During self-exclusion, your account is suspended and you will not receive any marketing communications. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately upon receipt.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the bdtk platform — including but not limited to the bdtk brand name and logo, website design, user interface, graphics, text, software, game content, and data feeds — is the exclusive intellectual property of bdtk or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, reverse engineer, sell, or create derivative works from any bdtk intellectual property without the express written consent of bdtk. Unauthorised use of bdtk's intellectual property may result in legal action.

12. Privacy & Data Protection

bdtk collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy. By creating an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. bdtk does not sell or share your personal data with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Data shared with KYC verification providers, payment processors, and game providers is strictly limited to what is required to deliver the relevant service and to comply with legal obligations.

13. Limitation of Liability

13.1 Platform Availability

bdtk provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to maintain continuous and uninterrupted service, we do not warrant that the platform will be free of errors, technical faults, or periods of unavailability. bdtk will not be liable for any loss — including loss of winnings — arising from platform downtime, technical errors, or interruptions outside our reasonable control.

13.2 Cap on Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bdtk's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to your use of the platform is limited to the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13.3 No Liability for Third-Party Content

Casino games, live dealer titles, and crash games are supplied by independent third-party providers. bdtk is not responsible for the actions, omissions, errors, or game outcomes of any third-party software provider. Disputes relating to game outcomes should be directed to the relevant provider's dispute resolution process in the first instance.

13.4 Force Majeure

bdtk shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, government actions, telecommunications network failures, internet service provider outages, or cyberattacks.

14. Amendments to These Terms

bdtk reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players by email to the address registered on the account, with a minimum of seven days' notice before the amended terms take effect. Your continued use of the platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must close your account before the effective date.

15. Governing Law & Disputes

15.1 Applicable Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the bdtk platform's operating jurisdiction. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall first be addressed through bdtk's internal dispute resolution process as described in clause 15.2.

15.2 Dispute Resolution Process

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of your bdtk account or platform experience, you should contact our customer support team at [email protected] in the first instance, providing full details of the issue. bdtk aims to resolve all complaints within five business days of receipt. Where a complaint cannot be resolved informally, the dispute will be escalated to bdtk's senior management team for a final written decision, which will be issued within 28 days.

15.3 Bet Disputes

Any dispute regarding the settlement of a specific bet must be raised within 72 hours of the bet being settled. Disputes raised after this period may not be considered. bdtk's decision on bet settlement matters, following review by the trading team, is final and binding.
